Relief Wellness Nurse

On-Site

Hours of Work: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

The Bishop Strachan School “BSS” has been a leader in girls’ education since 1867. We teach them to find purpose, feel confident, and speak with a strong, independent voice.

 

School nursing is a specialized practice of professional nursing that advances the well-being, academic success and lifelong achievement of students.  The Relief Wellness Nurse works shifts on a needs basis where they respond to Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 student and parent concerns. The Relief Nurse will require strong clinical and emergency skills, as well as experience working with youth. Our nurses are required to be current members of the Ontario College of Nurses.
