At The Bishop Strachan School, athletics is a vital part of the student experience. It is a chance for girls to develop new skills, self-esteem, sportsmanship, leadership and grit. BSS is part of the Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association, providing athletes with challenging competitive experiences. Our outstanding facilities include a turf field (the first of any girls’ school in Ontario), two gyms, a pool, dance studios, a rock-climbing wall and a fitness centre.
We are seeking an exceptional and committed Volleyball Coach with current NCCP coaching qualifications to lead one of our U13, U14, Junior & Senior Volleyball teams. Below is more information:
Location: BSS Gym, CISAA Schools and other off site venues
Dates: November 12, 2024 - February 28, 2025
Practices: Mornings - 7:00 am - 8:30 am (day depends on age group coaching)
Afternoons - 3:30 - 5:30 pm (day depends on age group coaching)
Games: Afternoons (times and locations TBD)
Ages: 13 - 18
Size of Team: 12+
Payment: $2500 - $3000 in total (depending on experience)
