FUNCTION & DUTIES: Reporting to the Director of Adult Education and Vocational Training, the Coordinator acts as the primary regional support to centre directors, residence managers, student life animators, and social service officers across all adult education centres. The Coordinator establishes conditions that foster the psychosocial, academic, and professional development of adult learners, while building the capacity and skills of frontline staff. Main functions include the following: Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to centre directors, residence managers, student life animators, and social service officers across assigned communities. Conduct regular meetings and site visits to assess needs, support caseload management, and ensure consistent program delivery.
