Job Summary Reporting to the Fire Prevention Officer, the primary responsibility of this position will include public education (85%): delivering Public Fire & Life Safety Education programming throughout the Town of Ajax for all age groups. This role includes the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of our community-based education programs and functions. Secondary responsibilities will include fire prevention inspections (15%): enforcing fire safety legislation by conducting inspections and reviewing fire safety plans for buildings within the Town of Ajax.
