Given the dynamic and collaborative nature of our school environment, this role is an on-site position requiring to be in the office five days a week. Candidates should be prepared to contribute actively to this in-person, community-focused environment.
The Facilities Technician, reporting to the Facilities Director, provides hands-on maintenance and operational support across the school, with a particular focus on the Junior School campus. The role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day facility needs, independently completing general repairs, installations, furniture assembly, room configurations, and seasonal outdoor work. Working as part of the Facilities team, the Technician helps ensure that the campus is safe, functional, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors.

The target hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 annually. Placement within the range is determined by job-related skills, experience and education.
