Before and After -Program Supervisor

This is a split-shift , full time leadership position, working directly with children as a Before & After School Educator while also providing supervision and leadership within the program. You’ll help create engaging, play-based experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, support and mentor educators, and ensure a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. 

As a YMCA Northumberland Supervisor, you’ll bring our values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Inclusiveness to life while helping our team Shine On. Job responsibilities include attending monthly supervisor meetings, conducting monthly staff meetings, doing weekly grocery shops, and supporting staff mentorship via performance reviews, paired with program responsibilities of  caring for children, building positive relationships with families and leading as well as supporting a multi educator team.
