FUNCTION & DUTIES: Reporting to the Administrative Services Coordinator, the School Organisation Technician in conjunction with the Coordinator prepares timetables and other schedules, such as the exam schedule, and adapts and applies the procedures required for the coordination of administrative operations, including student registration, the declaration of student enrollment, exams, the preparation of report cards and certification of studies, and the scheduling of summer courses if necessary. Characteristic assignments The technician will assist in the collection and analysis of information required for administrative operations related to certification of studies.
