Northern Pre-University (NPU Canada) started over a decade ago to help student athletes reach their potential. Today, we have over 2000 alumni that have graduated with the OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma). While NPU continues to be a global leader in helping student- athletes obtain university scholarships and other opportunities, thousands of other students with various backgrounds have also benefitted from NPU’s model.
NPU uses a unique in person learning and teaching method by incorporating a state of the art Learning Management System. Customizing education according to each organizations' needs and culture has revolutionized student engagement and time management. NPU strictly follows the curriculum set forth by the Ontario Ministry of Education and supervises all final exams. All students must successfully complete 30 credits from a select category of courses. Students must also complete a set number of community service hours, and pass the Ontario Literacy Course. Once students have obtained the OSSD, they can be admitted to universities in Quebec, in Canada, the USA, and abroad.
NPU offers 3 distinct programs in grade 12: Commerce, Liberal Arts, Science
