FUNCTION & DUTIES: Under the guidance of the Coordinator of the Information Technology department, the principal function of the operator is to assist users and resolve hardware- or software-related problems as well as installing and configuring computer equipment and software according to standard procedures. Some other duties of the operator include but are not limited to: Ensure the compatibility of computers, computer parts and peripheral equipment.
