Under the direct supervision of the Community Recreation Coordinator, the Preschool Instructor is accountable for the planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation of assigned classes in the preschool area.   Job Duties Include Implements a safe, enjoyable and diversified preschool program as developed in coordination with the Community Recreation Coordinator. Acts as on-site team leader with 1-2 preschool assistants. Plans and delivers programs to meet the needs of the community in keeping with corporate philosophies, policies, and procedures. Develops, plans and implements special events, themes, and special guests. Develops, implements, and maintains an 8-12 week high quality program plan for preschool classes as outlined in each course description.
