Reporting to the Program Supervisor – Inclusion, the Program Director – Inclusion, and/or the Community Recreation Coordinator, the Inclusion Support Staff are accountable for advocating, and providing individual support and adaptations for a child, youth, or young adult with special needs in a recreation program setting. Job Description Develops and implements a daily/weekly action plan that will fully accommodate the support needs of your participant.
