Please note that interviews will start in late December 2025/early January 2026.  Sylvan teachers are responsible for creating a positive personal learning experience for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 in Reading, Writing and Math. All students are taught in a small student-teacher ratio, and using Sylvan program materials. We differ from other tutoring centres in that we provide you with the materials to teach. No lesson planning, parent meetings or take-home work!   Interviews and training will be conducted at the Coquitlam location (3039 Anson Ave.).   We are looking for a commitment of minimum three days per week during the following times: Monday through Friday afternoons/evenings from 2:30-7:30pm Saturday morning shifts may become available in future Our Burnaby location is connected with the Coquitlam location.
