FUNCTION & DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Logistics Assistant Director, the School Transportation Technician supports the supervisor in their duties and acts as a key resource for the Transportation division. The employee will be responsible for: Making travel reservations and changes and respond to travel requests. Entering passenger information in the transportation system. Verifying invoices and the payment of travel expenses. Communicating with airlines regarding tickets and fares. Issuing excess baggage slips. Assisting administrators with the school board's institutions and administrative units. Collaborating and supporting the Transportation team by performing various administrative tasks.
