Type: Full-time 
Salary Range: $68,800.00 - $131,500.00 based on Appleby Faculty Salary Grid, which varies according to qualifications and years of teaching experience. Early-career faculty salaries range from $68,800.00 to $100,000.00, while faculty with six or more years of experience range from $101,000.00 to $131,500.00. Additional compensation is provided for designated positions of responsibility.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED:

• Possess in-depth knowledge in Spanish language and culture
• Bring a strong understanding of the Spanish curriculum to engage and challenge students
• Share enthusiasm for Spanish with students both inside and outside the classroom
• Create a positive, dynamic learning environments that encourage curiosity and a love for learning
• Leverage digital resources to enhance your pedagogy based on discovery, inquiry, and student-centered learning
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative programs that align with the School’s shared vision
   

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Post- secondary education in Spanish or a related field, with relevant specialization
• Teacher education training (B.Ed., M.Ed.) or significant teaching experience in another setting (e.g., university, college, or specialized instruction)
• Ontario College of Teachers certification (or equivalent) is an asset
• Previous teaching experience is an asset
• Strong academic credentials demonstrating expertise in your teaching discipline
• Technical aptitude and the ability to integrate educational technology into your teaching
