Job Description
Boost LD is hiring experienced Microsoft Copilot Facilitators to support a large-scale Microsoft Copilot rollout for a heavy equipment organization.
This role will facilitate live virtual training sessions from July to October 2026 for approximately 3,000 employees across Canada.
Approximately one-third of the workforce is French-speaking, so bilingual English/Quebec French facilitators are strongly preferred.
This is not an entry-level facilitation role. We are looking for confident facilitators who can lead live software training, answer learner questions in real time, and deliver practical, hands-on demonstrations within Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
● Facilitate live virtual Microsoft Copilot training sessions entirely in English or Quebec French.
● Deliver engaging, practical training to mixed learner groups ranging from field employees to senior leadership.
● Facilitate a combinations of:
○ enterprise-wide awareness sessions,
○ department-specific workflow sessions,
○ and small-group office hours/support sessions responding to learner questions and real-world scenarios.
Ideal Facilitator Profile
● Experience facilitating Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives and / or highly proficient navigating this software.
● Highly comfortable simplifying technical concepts for new or low-confidence technology users.
● Previous consulting or subcontractor experience is considered an asset.
● Patient, engaging, and coaching-oriented.
● Confident leading live virtual sessions with large and varied learner groups.
● Able to think quickly and facilitate unscripted demonstrations within Microsoft 365 and Copilot in real time.
Required Qualifications
● Fully bilingual in English and Quebec French. (English only applications will be considered for one role)
● Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 applications.
● Previous virtual facilitation experience
