Boost LD is hiring experienced Microsoft Copilot Facilitators to support a large-scale Microsoft Copilot rollout for a heavy equipment organization. This role will facilitate live virtual training sessions from July to October 2026 for approximately 3,000 employees across Canada. Approximately one-third of the workforce is French-speaking, so bilingual English/Quebec French facilitators are strongly preferred. This is not an entry-level facilitation role. We are looking for confident facilitators who can lead live software training, answer learner questions in real time, and deliver practical, hands-on demonstrations within Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
