Who We Are

The Northwest Catholic District School Board (TNCDSB) serves the communities of Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Stratton, Atikokan, and Fort Frances to Rainy River. Our Communities span over 12,000 square km of Northwestern Ontario. We serve approximately 3000 students across 5 schools and teach kindergarten through grade 12. TNCDSB provides Catholic education while adhering to the Ontario Ministry of Education requirements. We offer a variety of programs including special education programs, French immersion, Indigenous education initiatives, and extracurricular activities.

Job Number: #23/24-92 The Northwest Catholic District School Board Requires a Long Term Occasional Teacher Sacred Heart School The Northwest Catholic District School Board would like to invite applications for a full time (1.0 FTE) Long Term Occasional Teacher commencing January 6, 2025 and terminating on June 25, 2025.   Requirements:   Current proof of registration and Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers with Junior qualifications, Special Education Part 1 (preferred) and Religious Education Part 1 qualifications.
