FUNCTION & DUTIES: Reporting to the Assistant Director General, the Assistant Director assists in the physical management and administrative operations of the schools. Main activities of the position include: Participate in the planning and implementation of the Board Strategic action plan; Hire, supervise and evaluate the Youth Sector Center Director; Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational procedures.; Provide expertise to school administrators to promote the optimal management of the schools; Support or participate in the recruitment process of school staff; Verify that deliverables meet required standards of the Board; Participate in meetings, and committees with partners and stakeholders.
