FUNCTION & DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Coordinator of School Operations, the Office Agent carries out, according to established methods and procedures, various complex administrative duties including the following: Assist the Coordinator of School Operations with general office tasks within the department. Book accommodation and follow up on travel requests. Process financial service requests (FS). Reconcile credit cards. Organize and maintain department records. Set up meeting rooms and arrange for snacks. Perform any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: Secondary School Diploma or Diploma of Vocational Studies in office administration, and one (1) year of relevant experience.
