FUNCTION & DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Assistant Director General and in cooperation with other administrators of the department, the incumbent is responsible of assessing and coordinating in terms of administrative activities including school organization, staffing and resource management. In general, this position includes the following responsibilities: Coordinate allocation of Kuujjuaq housing with the Center Directors Update and follow up on supervisor correspondence. Manage facilities of the Kuujjuaq office. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
