Reporting to the Executive Officer, People and Culture, the Manager, Staff Allocation and Reporting is responsible for managing and coordinating the staff allocation process to ensure equitable distribution of school-based staff across the system in alignment with enrolment data (projected and actual), Collective Agreements, Ministry requirements, and available resources. The Manager will: Manage the collection, calculation, analysis, adjustments and reporting of staff allocation data based on enrolment data. Provide recommendations, guidance and advice to senior staff and the Staff Allocation Committee on all aspects of staff allocation.
