We hire Teachers, new or used, and Outdoor Leaders, to join our band of slightly exhausted but wildly passionate educators.
Our mission is to connect to an eclectic blend of human beings who venture into our 600-acre clumsy utopia, and to help them emerge as stronger and more resilient people.
That’s the job. The rest is largely gobbledygook.
We use outdoor adventure as one key tool. High school education is another. Increasingly, we are bringing families together into the mix.
Our mission is to build close connections with our students. They learn better that way. Being in a classroom feels like a celebration.
What you’ll actually do:
Connect with people in a high-school setting that’s part classroom, part wilderness zone in the fall and winter; and 100% outdoors in the spring and summer
