FUNCTION & DUTIES: Reporting to the Administrative Services Coordinator, the School Organisation Technician in conjunction with the Coordinator prepares timetables and other schedules, such as the exam schedule, and adapts and applies the procedures required for the coordination of administrative operations, including student registration, the declaration of student enrollment, exams, the preparation of report cards and certification of studies, and the scheduling of summer courses if necessary. FUNCTION & DUTIES: Under the authority of the Secretary General, the Inuktitut Translator provides accurate translations of various documents and curriculum resources, such as student and teacher materials and program guides done in text, audio, and visual files. He or she can also be required to do some proof-reading and interpret at meetings so as to ensure efficient communication in Inuktitut and either English or French. QUALIFICATIONS: Translator's certificate or diploma and/or 2 years relevant experience.
